Shipping

All Willa Grace jewellery is made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your pieces to be handcrafted and shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

UK Delivery: Next day by 1pm, Tracked 24, Tracked 48 are available.
International Delivery: Flat rate shipping applies — shipping times vary by destination.

Returns

We accept returns on all necklaces that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. 

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at willagracejewellery@gmail.com, and we’ll do our utmost to make it right.

Our returns period is currently 14 days and starts from the date you receive your order.

We will reimburse you after we have received your order back. All goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. Postage is the responsibility of the client, unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be in production.
